units with a Body Corporate,
aspects of the Act and the
principles of sectional title
management are applicable to all
Home Owner's Associations in
Royal Ascot. It is important
that Trustees are aware of their
rights and of the correct way of
managing the associations and
body corporates. Home owners
should also be aware of their
rights and responsibilities. |

and which you can easily access.
There is also a free monthly
digital newsletter to which you
can subscribe - this will be
emailed to you. The newsletter
contains information of interest
to trustees and to home owners
and residents. |

Sectional Title community
through the open sharing of
knowledge resources. |

Registration is free of charge
and all users have access to the
various sections of the website
including the Library; the
Forum; the Yellow Pages and
Sectional Plans. There are also
a Question & Answer section, a
section on training courses, and
a section on consultations with
an attorney. The Library has all
the relevant legislation which
can be downloaded. |
