Recycling in Royal Ascot

Residents may recall that a few years ago RAMPOA's application to be included in the City's Think Twice refuse recycling programme was turned down. Since that time the City has expanded the programme successfully to Atlantis, and RAMPOA is now again submitting an application for the City to include Royal Ascot in the programme.

Many precincts have their own recycling programmes running very successfully, and they are encouraged to continue those programmes, as the introduction of the Think Twice programme will take a considerable period. Should the programme be introduced, precincts may still continue with there own recycling programmes, particularly as some are getting some income out of these.

Royal Ascot Plant List

Overall there has been a reduction in crime in Royal Ascot over this period, the result of improved coverage of the area by CrimeWatch.

RAMPOA often receive incomplete or non-compliant plans for building alterations from residents. This leads to unnecessary delays in getting approval from the City. We have the most important requirements on this site for information of all concerned.
